What is the time zone of the 4th i-CoME hybrid conference?
The official time zone for the conference will be Malaysia Time (UTC+8). Hybrid conference indicate availability for either physical or virtual presentation and attendance.

What does conference registration provide?
This year, conference registration fees will cover peer review fees for conference proceeding, as well as access to all keynote and breakdown sessions, workshops, and certificates.

Will the length of individual panel sessions be the same as usual? How will panels be formatted?
All sessions (keynotes and parallel sessions) will be programmed in time slots of one hour and 45 minutes. Keynote speakers, session chairs, presenters, and participants are encouraged to consider maximizing their time together. Suggestions include shortening the length of presentations; having presenters submit the PowerPoint slides of their talk, to be followed by question-and-answer session(s).

Will sessions or events be recorded?
All the keynotes and parallel presentations will be recorded and made available to all participants after the conference concluded.

I am re-submitting my 2020 papers to the 2021 conference. What should I know?
All accepted 2020 extended abstract and full papers have been pre-loaded into our submission portal. Please contact the scientific committee (paper-submission@petra.ac.id) if there are any changes made to your paper submission(s) in 2020. Accept/decline notices, as well as acceptance confirmations of 2020 papers submissions will be sent to all participants before 11th July 2021.

Will there be an Awards Ceremony?
Best paper award will be announced during the last day of the conference. Certificate will be presented for best paper award.

How do I register as non-presenter participant at the conference?
Kindly made payment to the conference as non-presenter participant and attach the transfer receipt on the website payment submission page. The fees for non-presenter only apply for those who do not submit any paper for presentation at the conference but wish to attend as participant. Non-presenter participant will be given full access to all keynote and breakdown sessions, workshops, and certificates. Higher Degree Research students who are not presenting paper can also join the conference as non-presenter participant (non-presenter fee applied).
